One to two years of previous experience in business-to-business work is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. The successful applicant will solicit primarily new uniform rental business throughout the area.
Sales Persons are commission and bonus eligible and have phenomenal opportunities for advancement. The position is a full-time benefit eligible position.

INTERNAL
GROWTH MANAGER
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Internal Growth manager is responsible for rental and catalogue sales to the existing customer base and reports to the Service Manager with dotted line responsibilities to the General Manager
OBJECTIVE:
The objective for establishing the position of Internal Growth Manager (IGM) is to improve revenues from our existing customer base through increased rental sales and catalogue sales
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rental Sales:
|
Provide support and direction to the Customer Service Representatives by; |
Riding with the CSR’s for the purpose of training
Work with the CSR’s in the supply of new items
Analyze the customer base to determine what new services are needed by account
Support sales promotions for the purpose of increasing morale and to help motivate sales efforts
| Actively participate with the General Manager and Service Manager in establishing growth objectives within their respective branches |
| Participate in the implementation of SMART GOALS in conjunction with the Services Manager and determine an action plan for the achievement of these goals |
| Track and post results on a daily basis by individual |
| Work with other departments to ensure the timely installation of products and services sold including new accounts |
| Work with vendors for product knowledge and training of the CSR’s |
| Keep informed concerning new products and services available |
Catalogue Sales:
| Work
with the Service Department to ensure that the catalogues are distributed on
a timely manner |
| Train
the CSR’s in the use of the
catalogue to existing customers |
| Ride
with the CSR to promote catalogue sales |
| Conduct
promotions and contents on specific items to increase sales |
| Track
and post results on a daily basis by individual |
| Follow-up
on all orders that the CSR cannot handle and personally get involved and
close sales on large catalogue orders |
